Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?
Sasha became transgender when she began her time in high school. Her family was there for her through the tough times, and she knew that she was capable of doing anything through music. Jim and Sasha are both song writers, and have been formally forming a couple and are performing at open mics and different venues around the city. The Voice's coaches avoided speaking about the history of Sasha, but Jim told his tale in a video introduction before the performance. Sasha began playing the guitar when she was just six years old. The pair talked about their musical tastes and shared stories about how they first met. It was the fact that his father was a teacher was a huge help for him to master the art. Sasha faced identity issues when he was a kid, being a woman. In a post on Instagram she shared her struggles. Jim was overwhelmed with emotion when he explained why the reason he was not a part of these trying times. Sasha Allen (The Voice contestant) was just a baby at the time her birth. Sasha Allen's age will reach 19 in 2021. In the year Sasha was a freshman in high school, he made the decision to come out to be transgender, and then began the transition to male. Sasha said via Instagram, "I am the third transgender individual to be featured on the show, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to represent transgender individuals on such a large platform."
